The role of the Contracts Manager Commercial Cladding Systems will involve:
Contracts Manager position dealing with a high quality range of commercial cladding systems
Managing all aspects of the contracts from the tender stage all the way through to the completion
Monitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks
Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project
Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients
Procuring required materials to ensure project is completed smoothly
Overseeing project designs and making amendments where required
Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems
Managing projects that range in value between £500k to £3m
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager Felt Roofing Systems industry with:
Must have a Contracts Manager experience within the commercial cladding markets sector with a working knowledge of rainscreen systems
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Sound knowledge of current building and fire regulations
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Full UK driving license
Confident and articulate
- Ability to plan and organise deliverables
